Toll processing (job work) is our core service. You send us your raw commodity — whether it's coriander, cumin, peas, Rajma, peanuts, dal, or grain — and we run it through our five-stage processing line. You retain full ownership of the material throughout. We charge per tonne processed, and you receive clean, graded, sorted output ready for your buyers. No minimum commitment, no lock-in, and complete batch transparency.
How It Works
Send Your Material
Deliver your raw commodity to our Kundli facility. We weigh, inspect, and document the incoming lot quality before processing begins. You can deliver by truck or arrange pickup.
We Process It
Your lot runs through our full five-stage line: fine cleaning (Fowler Westrup UB-1500/4), de-stoning (CSP-502), gravity separation (Fowler Oliver GS 240), AI colour sorting (Meyer Thinker), and final grading. Each stage is monitored.
Quality Check & Documentation
After processing, we document output weights, grade splits, and rejection percentages. Third-party lab testing for moisture, purity, and foreign matter is available per batch on request.
Collect Your Output
Collect your processed, graded output from our facility — packed in PP bags (25 kg or 50 kg) or your own packaging. Dispatch coordination and logistics support available.
