How It Works
Planning & Packaging Design
We discuss your commodity, quality specs, pack sizes, and branding requirements. You provide your packaging artwork or we coordinate with your designer. MOQ and pricing are confirmed at this stage.
Raw Material Sourcing or Intake
You can supply your own raw material, or we can help source commodity from trusted mandi contacts. Either way, we document incoming lot quality with weight and initial inspection records.
Processing & Quality Control
Your commodity runs through our full five-stage line — fine cleaning, de-stoning, gravity separation, AI colour sorting, and final grading. Quality is checked per batch against your specifications.
Packaging & Dispatch
Processed output is packed in your branded packaging — pouches, bags, or bulk packs. Each batch gets documentation including weight records and optional lab test certificates. Palletised and dispatch-ready.
