Coriander Seeds — Cleaning, Grading & Sorting
From raw harvested dhaniya to export-ready coriander — cleaned, de-stoned, density-graded, colour-sorted, and size-classified in a single processing run.
Coriander seeds are one of India's most traded spices, but raw lots from the mandi often carry dust, stones, split seeds, and off-colour grains that reduce value. At Agri Grows, we process coriander through our full five-stage line — fine cleaning, de-stoning, gravity separation, AI colour sorting, and final grading — to deliver output that meets FSSAI norms and buyer specifications for domestic retail, HoReCa, and export markets.

The Processing Pipeline
Fine Cleaning & De-Stoning
Raw coriander passes through our Fowler Westrup UB-1500/4 fine cleaner to remove dust, husk, and light waste via aspiration and vibratory screens, then through the CSP-502 destoner to eject stones and heavy impurities.
Gravity Separation
The Fowler Oliver GS 240 Hi-Cap gravity separator stratifies coriander by density, removing immature, shrivelled, or damaged seeds to ensure uniform weight across the batch.
AI Colour Sorting
Our Meyer Thinker UHD AI sorter with 480 maglev ejectors scans every seed at high speed, rejecting discoloured, mouldy, or foreign-colour grains with near-perfect accuracy.
Final Grading
A second pass through the UB-1500/4, now configured for size grading, classifies coriander into precise size fractions and removes any residual dust before packaging.
