Grains & Cereals — Cleaning, Grading & Sorting
Wheat, rice, maize, and millets — precision-cleaned, de-stoned, density-graded, AI colour-sorted, and classified for retail, export, and institutional supply.
Grains and cereals — wheat, rice, maize, and millets — are the foundation of India's food economy. Raw grain lots from procurement centres and mandis carry stones, chaff, broken grains, discoloured kernels, and foreign seeds that must be removed before they qualify for retail packaging, government supply, or export. Our five-stage processing line handles all major grain types, delivering clean, graded output that meets FSSAI and international quality standards.

The Processing Pipeline
Pre-Cleaning & De-Stoning
Grains pass through the UB-1500/4 fine cleaner to remove dust, chaff, and straw, then through the CSP-502 destoner to eject stones, mud balls, and glass pieces.
Gravity Separation
The GS 240 Hi-Cap gravity separator sorts grains by density, removing shrivelled, damaged, immature, and insect-eaten kernels to achieve uniform batch quality.
AI Colour Sorting
The Meyer Thinker AI colour sorter ejects discoloured, fungus-affected, and foreign grains using deep-learning vision — critical for maintaining the colour consistency that modern retail requires.
Final Grading
The second UB-1500/4 pass sizes grains into market-standard fractions with final aspiration to remove dust and broken pieces before packaging or dispatch.
