Peanuts — Cleaning, Grading & Colour Sorting
Bold, Java, and kernel peanuts — cleaned, de-stoned, density-graded, AI colour-sorted, and sized to meet export and retail buyer specifications.
India is one of the world's largest peanut producers and exporters. Peanut kernels from Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh mandis require precision processing to remove stones, shells, shrivelled kernels, aflatoxin-affected grains, and discoloured nuts before they qualify for export or branded retail. Our processing line handles bold, Java, and kernel varieties — delivering colour-consistent, size-graded output that meets international buyer specifications.

The Processing Pipeline
Pre-Cleaning & De-Stoning
Raw peanut kernels are cleaned through the UB-1500/4 to remove dust, loose skin, and shell fragments, then de-stoned via the CSP-502 to eject stones and heavy contaminants.
Gravity Separation
The Fowler Oliver GS 240 removes shrivelled, immature, and damaged kernels by density, ensuring only full, heavy kernels pass through to the sorting stage.
AI Colour Sorting
The Meyer Thinker UHD AI sorter identifies and ejects discoloured, aflatoxin-suspect, mouldy, and damaged peanuts using deep-learning vision at ultra-high resolution.
Size Grading
Final pass through the UB-1500/4 grades peanuts into count sizes (38/42, 40/50, 50/60, 60/70) and removes any remaining dust or broken pieces before packaging.
